Ernesto Cabrera, Jr. (He, Him, El) is a Master of Arts (M.A.) student in Higher Education at the University of Arizona, Department of Educational Policy Studies & Practice. He collaborates in Project Adelante, serves as a Hispanic Serving Institution Initiatives Ambassador, Borderlands Education Center Graduate Assistant and mentors' students in the Mexican American Student Services Department at Tucson Unified School District. Ernesto loves supporting and empowering students in their educational journey while contributing to their holistic growth. He possesses a strong background in various student-focused roles and a deep passion for creating inclusive and enriching campus environments.

Research Interests: Investigating how societal structures affect educational opportunities for minorities to boost college enrollment and degree completion by reshaping systems and implementing inclusive measures.
