Noyce Borderlands Master Teacher Fellows
The Noyce Borderlands Master Teacher Fellows will participate in providing regional STEM educators with free professional development opportunities through the Sin Fronteras: SOAZ Professional Learning Community Project. Working closely with Title 1 (high poverty level) partner schools on the Arizona-Mexico border.
Noyce Border Scholars
The Noyce Border Scholars program builds upon strong partnerships that were previously established through a UAS Transition to Teaching grant among neighboring school districts throughout Southern Arizona. NSF funding has allowed UA to provide scholarships and stipends to STEM teachers over the five-year grant term.
